FRANKFORT, Ky (LEX 18) Holmes Street in Frankfort is blocked between Hoge Avenue and Wright Street due to a standoff, according to the Franklin County Sheriff.
The sheriff confirmed his office is working a standoff on Holmes Street.
Deputies appear to have a man and two women in handcuffs.
Sheriff Pat Melton has confirmed that the man in custody is connected to a suspected burglary ring. An arrestin that casewas made earlier Friday.
