Bulldozer Accident Kills Eastern Kentucky Man

FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a bulldozer accident in Floyd County that left one man dead.

Reportedly KSP received a call at 1:07p.m. that a man had overturned the bulldozer he was operating on an embankment.

Troopers, the Betsy Layne Fire Department, Floyd County Rescue Squad, and Trans Star Ambulance Service all responded.

KSP reports Clyde Boyd, 61, of Banner, Kentucky died on the scene due to his injuries.

The accident is under investigation.
