BULLITT COUNTY, Ky. (WAVE 3) – Crews are responding to the scene of a train derailment and small fire at Collins Hill Road.
WAVE 3, our sister station in Louisville, says the call came into dispatch just before 4 p.m.
At least six fire departments are responding.
The crash is near the site of a train derailment in 2007 that caused a massive fire and chemical leak. Hundreds of people had to be evacuated in the incident.
