LONDON, Ky. (LEX 18) – State Police are searching for a suspect in a robbery that happened at a Corbin Walmart.
The incident happened on Saturday, April 28.
Upon arrival, Troopers learned that loss prevention officers located a male subject inside the store shoplifting. As the loss prevention officers attempted to detain the suspect he assaulted one of the officers, fled the store on foot, and was last seen running across Cumberland Gap Parkway towards North Stewart Road with three other individuals.
The suspect is described as a white male approximately 5’9 tall, wearing blue jeans with a white t-shirt and ball cap.
