LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Police are looking for the driver who ran into one of their cruisers and a motorcycle, leaving one person hurt.
Police say about 9:40 p.m. Wednesday night, a tan Caprice tried to squeeze between a motorcycle and police cruiser at a red light on New Circle Road at Trade Center Drive.
That’s when it hit both of them, leaving the motorcyclist with a broken leg.
The officer was not hurt.
Police went after the car, but could not find it.
It was later found at Eastland Parkway and Memphis Court, but we’re told no one was inside.
