LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Two people are recovering after an argument turned into a stabbing.
An officer found a man with a significant stab wound to his hand at the Liberty Heights Apartments around midnight.
The man told police he and a woman had a disagreement when she stabbed him.
The woman also claimed to be injured, but it’s not clear in what way.
Police say they were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No charges have been filed, as they’re investigating whether the woman was acting in self-defense.
