LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man is in jail Tuesday morning accused of arson.
Police arrested 18-year-old Rodney Morgan after he broke into an apartment on Oxford Circle just after 4:30 a.m. Monday morning, according to a citation.
Morgan allegedly lit multiple fires while inside the empty apartment.
He’s charged with first-degree arson and second-degree burglary.
