LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE 3)–A 13-year-old is dead after a hit and run in Chickasaw Park.
Police say the girl was walking in the 1200 block of Southwestern Parkway just after 10 p.m. Monday night.
That’s when a car hit her, and the driver took off.
The teen was rushed to Norton Children’s Hospital, but did not survive.
Police say there were no known witnesses at the time of the crash.
