LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A caretaker is in jail accused of stealing from the man she was assisting.
According to an arrest warrant, 42-year-old Glenda Moore allegedly withdrew cash from an ATM using the man’s debit card.
The victim had given Moore his card so she could make food and personal item purchases for him, as he has a physical impairment.
After a time in the VA Hospital earlier this year, he noticed unauthorized transactions totaling nearly $1,750.
Moore, who works for Griswold Home Care, was arrested Wednesday.
