LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) A traffic light outage downtown caused some traffic issues for drivers in Lexington.
Police said that traffic lights at four intersections went out. They are located on Main Street and Vine Street between Broadway and Mill Street.
Traffic units are running the lights now using power inverter boxes. The lights are expected to be repaired around 11 p.m.
Police are not sure why the outage happened.
