LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting last weekend.
26-year-old Joseph Shearer was arrested around 7 p.m. Thursday night.
Police say he’s the suspect behind a couple of shots fired calls in the in the 400 block of Roosevelt Boulevard early Sunday morning.
A man went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being hit in the leg by that gunfire.
Shearer faces multiple charges, including first-degree assault, wanton endangerment and possession of marijuana.
