FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– The sheriff’s office and emergency management are attempting to locate a 76-year-old man.
Billy Wayne Caudle is described as a white male, 5’9”, 180 lbs., with hazel eyes.
He was last seen Thursday morning in Frankfort. wearing khaki pants and a polo shirt.
Officials say he drives a 2008 burgundy Toyota van with license plate number 498-HTK (Kentucky plate).
