It’s back to a full bore summer feel to your StormTracker forecast this Memorial Day weekend as the wind shifts to the southwest, humidity surges and highs stay elevated in the low to mid 80s. Showers & storms will ramp up then fall- isolated to a few Friday, likely Saturday, scattered Sunday and down to just a few for Memorial Day.
We’re closely tracking the potential for tropical development in the Gulf this weekend. Depending on the track & evolution of that low we may see the remnants throwing more showers & storms our way toward the middle of next week.
