RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Kentucky State Police troopers making a routine traffic stop in Russell County found drugs and paraphernalia in the car.

Reportedly just after midnight Sunday morning troopers stopped Christopher Cape, 33, of Albany, Clifton Collins, 45, of Russell Springs, Felisha Mann, 31, of Russell Springs and Alan Hanson, 51, of Louisville.

State Police say their troopers noticed the people in the car were acting suspicious and brought in a canine to circle the vehicle.

When the dog signaled there could be drugs inside, troopers searched the car and found a small bag of what is believed to be meth in addition to digital scales, marijuana, and a spoon.

The KSP trooper arrested all four on drug-related charged.

They were taken to the Russell County Detention Center.
