FLEMING COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – A Fleming County High School student will receive a new car from a local dealership.
Cheap Chevrolet hopes that the "Circle of Excellence" giveaway will help encourage attendance and academic performance.
When this program started, Fleming County High School was in the bottom 5-10% and was academically in trouble. "The Circle of Excellence" program started 5 years ago and now they are ranked 49th out of 300 plus schools.
70 seniors are currently eligible. The drawing will happen June 2 at Fleming County High School.
