LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man has been charged with first-degree robbery and criminal mischief.
A citation says 47-year-old Johnathan Baker was found hiding in someone’s vehicle on Fair Oaks Drive about 4:30 a.m. Sunday trying to steal things.
The victim says he saw Baker’s leg sticking out the backseat when he went to his vehicle before work.
When the victim tried confronting him, Baker allegedly pulled out a knife and pointed it at him before running off.
Baker was eventually arrested on unrelated charges and is in the Fayette County Detention Center.
