ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Anderson County High School’s graduation has been postponed due to severe storms rolling through the area.
The school made the announcement on their Facebook page, "Due to inclement weather including flooding, high waters, downed power lines and trees blocking roadways, the Anderson County High School graduation scheduled for this evening at 6:30 pm is cancelled. We apologize for the short notice, however, some graduates would not be able to attend graduation and we want to ensure all graduates can attend their high school graduation. Rescheduled plans are being made and will be announced in the morning. Thank you for understanding and for your support."
