WINCHESTER, Ky. (The Winchester Sun) – For those who don’t think every vote matters, a recanvass of the Clark County Magistrate race shows that the winner of the primary won by two votes.
According to the Winchester Sun, Pam Blackburn won a two-vote victory over opponent Kevin Warner 463-461.
Blackburn will now face Republican Travis Thompson in the November election.
Today’s recanvass affirms Clark Co. Magistrate Pam Blackburn’s two-vote victory in the Democratic primary. She defeated Kevin Warner 463-461. Warner said he will not seek a recount. Blackburn will face Republican Travis Thompson in November.
