LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Andover Country Club and its golf course will be sold to the Alliance of Andover Homeowners Association.
Whitaker Bank, which originally took over the property in February could not meet financial obligations.
Details of the agreement are not being made public, but the release says the sale is expected to close within 45 days.
