RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Authorities in Russell County have arrested and charged a man with theft of an ATV and armed robbery of a convenience store.
Officials say 26-year-old Patrick Hardin was taken into custody Friday after officers with the Russell Springs Police and Russell County Sheriff’s departments executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of Burke Drive.
Hardin is accused of committing an armed robbery Thursday night at A/V Food Mart in Russell Springs. Officials say he used all-terrain vehicle that had been stolen earlier in the day from a dealership in Campbellsville.
Hardin is charged with first-degree robbery and receiving stolen property over $10,000.
He was being held in the Russell County Detention Center.
