KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (The Mountain Advocate)– A man has been arrested after he allegedly bit his 3-month-old son on the cheek.
The Mountain Advocate is reporting that 22-year-old Eric Bays, of Heidrick, told troopers that he was watching his son on Sunday and got frustrated when he didn’t know how to soothe the infant.
Bays says he tried several things and the infant didn’t calm down. He became angry and bit the infant’s left cheek above the jaw line.
He told troopers he knew he shouldn’t have bit his son and wants to seek help for his anger.
He was arrested and charged with criminal abuse.
