LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A popular Lexington sports facility has closed its doors in a dispute over money with the building’s owners.
LEX 18 confirms that KBA Sports was ordered to vacate the facility at 273 Ruccio Way. The facility is particularly popular for basketball and volleyball training.
Fayette Circuit Court Judge Pamela Goodwine issued the order last week in a long-running legal dispute over rent.
The move left families of kids sign up for camps scrambling.
In a post on its Facebook page, KBA Sports said it would come back "bigger and better."
