LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – The coroner is on the scene of a crash in Lexington.
Westbound Iron Works Pike is blocked at I-75 due to the collision between two vehicles. Officials say that a white SUV t-boned a blue car. The person driving the white car was uninjured. Police have not confirmed which vehicle the deceased individual was in.
Collision Reconstruction Units have been called to the scene. All westbound traffic is being diverted onto I-75 northbound.
One eastbound lane of Iron Works is open. Please avoid the area if at all possible.
