LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Westbound Iron Works Pike is blocked at I-75 due to a serious collision.
Collision Reconstruction Units have been called to the scene. All westbound traffic is being diverted onto I-75 northbound.
One eastbound lane of Iron Works is open. Please avoid the area if at all possible.
