LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man was arrested Wednesday after being accused of trying to snap a photo under a woman’s dress.
An arrest warrant states back in April, 22-year-old Quary Baker was at the Macy’s in Fayette Mall.
Surveillance video showed him using his cell phone, reaching under the victim’s dress, and trying to take a picture.
Police say Baker told them he was high at the time.
He’s charged with voyeurism.
