FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal farm tractor accident on Triple S Road off Kentucky Highway 404 in David.
KSP reports that just after 6 p.m. Friday, police received a call about a tractor that had overturned in the creek with the operator trapped underneath it.
The case is still under investigation and more details will be released as they become available.
On Monday, the victim was identified as 77-year-old Denver Shepherd.
