FLOYD COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal farm tractor accident on Triple S Road off Ky Route 404 in David.
KSP reports that just after 6 p.m. Friday, they received a call about a tractor which had overturned in the creek with the operator trapped underneath it.
The case is still under investigation and more details will be released as they become available.
