LAUREL COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) A London man has been indicted on a murder charge after being accused of neglecting his elderly mother so much that she later died.
An indictment states that the grand jury charged Larry Dean Hensley, of Rocky Branch Road, with one count of ‘Knowingly Abusing and/or Neglecting a Vulnerable Adult, Lue Faye Hensley, an adult as defined in KRS 209.020’. The indictment states that the offense listed in that charge happened on or about January 26, 2018.
The second count Larry Dean Hensley is facing is Murder by ‘wantonly and manifesting extreme indifference to human life’. The indictment also states he ‘engaged in conduct which created a grave risk of death to another person and thereby caused the death of Lue Faye Hensley’.
The murder charge is listed on or about March 4, 2018.
