UPDATE: I-75 at the 113 exit has reopened. The scene has been cleared.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A dump truck fire on I-75 northbound at the Paris Pike exit is causing a backup.
Police on scene say the truck was empty. The driver noticed smoke coming from under the dashboard and exited the truck. The cab was fully engulfed by the time crews arrived on scene.
We have a crew on the way to get more information.
