LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The owner of a Lexington barbecue restaurant who already is a registered sex offender has been charged with new offenses.
Police arrested 54-year-old Willie Talley, owner of Talley’s BBQ, on Wednesday on two charges.
Talley is charged with third-degree sexual abuse and sex offender filming, photographing or videotaping a minor without consent.
Talley also is listed in the sex offender registry for two counts of rape involving a 15-year-old.
Talley was being held in the Fayette County Detention Center.
