LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– One very lucky lady hit it big over the weekend at The Red Mile.
On Saturday, she won the biggest jackpot yet at the 143-year-old horse-racing venue.
The winner, who wants to stay anonymous, won a whopping $143,361 prize from the "wheel derby" game.
Red Mile officials say they couldn’t be happier.
"We love to see our guests win," said Mary Catherine White, the director of markteing and special events. "That is the most exciting thing for us. So this is by far the highest jackpot and we are just so happy to see someone take it home on Saturday night!"
And Red Mile officials say there’s more money up for grabs. There’s still a $207,000 jackpot on the floor.
