HARDIN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A mother convicted of killing her 5-year-old daughter was told by a parole board Monday to serve out her life sentence.
It was previously reported that Roxanne Suleski had waived her right parole and elected to serve out the remainder of her sentence.
A parole hearing for Tom Suleski will be held Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m., according to Kentucky Department of Corrections spokeswoman Katherine Williams.
The couple was sentenced to life in prison for killing their 5-year-old daughter in 1989. Both have been in prison since 1994 after the murder, burial and later disposal of Alex Suleski’s body.
They received life sentences with the chance of parole after 25 years.
