RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18) — Richmond Police responded early Monday afternoon to a crashed truck and trailer blocking all three lanes of northbound Interstate Highway 75.
Authorities said the crash occurred about 12:40 p.m. near mile marker 88.

Officials said they expected the road to be closed for about two hours as crews worked to clear the wreckage.
