We’re tracking more rounds of heavy rain this afternoon and evening. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for southern and eastern Kentucky until 10:00. Heavy rain has already occurred with several places in southern and eastern Kentucky receiving 1 to 2 1/2 inches of rain so far and additional rain may lead to flooding. The storms will be tapering off to night and just be scattered as a stationary front lingers over Kentucky. Our lows will stay near 70. Tuesday will again see a lot of clouds and scattered rain and thunderstorms. A heavy storm will remain possible. Our highs will be held to the low and mid 80’s.
