Homes Evacuated As Waters Rise In Lincoln Co.

LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Emergency officials in Lincoln County said Tuesday morning that homes are being evacuated as floodwaters rise.

The evacuation are being conducted at homes along the Kentucky Highway 2141 spur, north of Hustonville.

The Lincoln County Emergency Management agency has reported to the National Weather Service that the evacuations are being prompted by floodwaters overflowing from a nearby creek.
