LANCASTER, Ky. (LEX 18) – If you thought your Wednesday was rough, you should take a look at this guy.
This juvenile great horned owl was struck by a car and injured. Officers with Lancaster Police department found the animal and brought it to safety, but not before snapping a photo and sharing the bewildered bird to social media.
The owl was transported to Raptor Rehabilitation of Kentucky.
"We wish our new friend a speedy recovery," reads the post.
