WAYNE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Numerous items have been confiscated following a search of the Wayne County Detention Center.
Deputies say drugs, syringes, tattoo making equipment, cellphones, shanks, and other items were found in the cell area.
Criminal charges are now pending.
Sheriff’s deputies and the jailer continue to investigate.
