FRANKFORT, Ky. (WAVE 3)– Attorneys for Governor Matt Bevin are backing off their arguments regarding a judge’s ruling on the controversial pension reform bill.
Last week Franklin Circuit Court Judge Phillip Shepherd ruled the bill was unconstitutional.
On Wednesday, Bevin’s general counsel said he still has "grave concerns" about the ruling, but he did not want to delay an appeal of that ruling.
