COVINGTON, Ky. (WLWT) – One person is dead following a triple stabbing in Covington, Kentucky, police said.
WLWT reports it happened around 2:45 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of 5th and Bakewell streets.
Investigators believe a fight at the nearby Pachinko Bar spilled into the parking lot, resulting in three people being stabbed.
Covington police said they found two people stabbed at the scene. They were both taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where one of them died.
A third stabbing victim was later discovered at the hospital, police said.
The conditions of the two victims who survived are unknown. Police have not released the names of those involved.
