BLUEFIELD, Va. (WVVA) – After more than 100 years in the department store business, the Ammar family has decided to shut down all of its Magic Mart locations. This will also affect stores in Kentucky.
According to our sister station WVVA, an email altered employees to the decision Monday morning.
Stores are expected to shut down sometime in September. Magic Mart has stores located in Pikeville and Hazard.
