FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Authorities in Franklin County are investigating the death of a 3-year-old boy who was found unresponsive inside a hot vehicle.
Franklin County Coroner Will Harrod confirmed that a death investigation is underway.
Calvin Hedges was discovered Friday inside a vehicle. Harrod said the boy was pronounced dead at 9:50 p.m. that night and an autopsy was performed Saturday.
Franklin police and the coroner continue to investigate the death.
