SPOKANE, Wa. (NBC NEWS) – A Washington boy is making lemonade out of lemons after his beloved dog recently passed away.
Nick has opened a lemonade stand near his Spokane home, hoping to raise money for a new dog.
Nick has been on a mission to buy himself a new puppy since his furry best friend died.
By selling cups of lemonade for quarters, he’s hoping to soon have enough money to find a new pup.
"I wanted to get a new dog. Like almost right away because having a dog is really cool," said Nick.
Nick does not plan on closing his lemonade stand anytime soon.
