FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) – A Franklin County man who deputies say had been on the run for 11 years was captured in Idaho.
According to sheriff’s officials, Brett Michael Kirschenmann was arrested for felony non-support. Per Franklin County Family Court documents, Kirschenmann had failed to pay court-ordered child support to the mother of his child for over 11 years.
Investigators traced Kirschenmann to Ada County, Idaho. After posting his image on social media, he was taken into custody and was extradited to Frankfort.
He remains lodged in the Franklin County Detention Center.
