BEREA, Ky. (LEX 18) — A fugitive wanted in Detroit with a record of kidnapping and assault was captured in Berea.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office said Franklin Flood was arrested Monday morning by U.S. Marshals Service officers.
Flood was taken into custody about 11:30 a.m. by the service’s Fugitive Apprehension Team, officials said.
Detroit station WXYZ reports Flood has an extensive criminal history that includes dealing narcotics, assault, kidnapping and escape.
