ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Rowan County Coroner confirms that one person has died in a head-on collision.
The crash happened on Highway 801 near the National Guard Armory.
The coroner identifies the victim as Marvin Black, 87, of Morehead.
Another individual was transported to the hospital.
