LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– The family of 18-year-old Dylan Snow is in shock after he was killed in a crash Wednesday.
They describe him as a bright young man who had his whole life ahead of him, and now they’re planning his funeral.
The recent high school graduate was driving down U.S. 27 Wednesday when, police say, 33-year-old Steven Vanhook smashed right into him, killing the teen and himself.
Dylan’s principal says he remembers him well, saying he was the kind of teen who would always start up a conversation with you.
"And with 1100 kids sometimes it’s hard to get to know all the kids but Dylan was a very outgoing kid who had a great sense of humor," said Lincoln County High School Principal Michael Godbey.
