CLARK COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) Clark County will take the center stage Thursday night as the kids from Studio One School of Dance in Winchester shows off their stuff on NBC’s ‘Little Big Shots’.

After months of waiting and anticipation, the kids of Star Power from Studio One School of Dance will show off their clogging prowess.

Marlee McFadden, Cadence Johnson, and Gracie Abney, along with their teammate Sarah James, and Malachki Long have been dancing together for four years and will be one of several groups showing their stuff on ‘Little Big Shots’.

"I had always dreamed since I was like two to be on tv so I was like, wow this is great!" Cadence said.

Coach Kelly Fithen said that their road to the show was all a surprise. She said that a producer found them after seeing a video of their performance on YouTube.

"Oh my gosh, I was so excited it caught me off guard for sure. But we just could not be more excited that they called," said Fithen.

The episode was filmed back in October and all five dancers flew to Los Angeles for an unforgettable week.

"In L.A. it was a great experience meeting everybody," Gracie said.

They are excited to show clogging to the whole world.

Thursday night, July 12, 2018, Star Power will be on Little Big Shots.
