RUSSELL SPRINGS, Ky (LEX 18) The Russell County Coroner’s Office and Russell Springs Police Department are investigating after a man’s body was found on Thursday in a yard at 73 Delphia Street.
The man has been identified as 51-year-old David W. Burton, who lived at 73 Delphia Street.
Police do not suspect foul play.
The cause and manner of death are still pending based on review of medical records and toxicology results.
