LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s office is seeking information about a missing individual.
Frankie Hurt, 40, has been missing since mid-June. His aunt reported him missing and no one is exactly sure the last time he was seen.
