LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Mega Millions jackpot is pushing toward record territory after no one matched all the numbers in Friday night’s drawing.
The jackpot now stands at $493 million with a cash option of $296 million.
The winning numbers last night were: 1-14-30-44-62, with a mega ball of 1.
The current jackpot would be the fifth highest payout in the game’s history. The highest jackpot for Mega Millions was $656 million on March 30, 2012.
The next drawing is Tuesday night.
The overall odds of winning the jackpot are one to more than 302 million.
The Powerball jackpot also is high, standing at $130 million, with a $79.3 million cash option. The drawing for that lottery is tonight.
